BioI am a middle aged former hippy, former Orthodox(Chabad), formerly married (for 26 yrs) lady.
Presently, I continue to be an artist, I work in the school system in the ESE dept(mainstreamed special adolescents), I have 2 daughters- one is bi married and has a lovely lady that I accept as another daughter; one is a severely Autistic teen who recently got Bat Mitzvahed in MASS. She lives with her dad and her worker, my best friend, L.
I am Jewish pluralist- I am a pluralist in general, as I respect each individuals free will in love and journey.
I recently lost my Mom, who I was very close to. She collapsed Mothers day 2 yrs ago- that day will never be the same for me. I dread it now.
I am friends with my ex, who remains Orth. I am active in a Reconstructionist/Conservative Chavurah(this is egalitarian modern Judaism) style shul{shul means synogogue). I recently got my own tallis(prayer shawl).
I like the weather in FL but miss my kids very much.
I am looking for people to share my interests and be supportive.
